To shelter and protect the unwanted and abandoned animals of Clarendon County; to facilitate the adoption of those animals; to promote population control through a spay and neuter programs and to educate the community about the care of animals
Adoption Policy
Adopters are to complete an adoption application, and once it has been processed, then we will schedule a time for the potential adopter to meet the animal.
