Community Kitties
Our Mission
Community Kitties works with local volunteers to rescue or cap the expansion of entire feral colonies by applying a mix of approaches appropriate to colony members' individual circumstances. We seek indoor homes for kittens and well-socialized colony members, arrange for barn or other "working cat" placements for selected individuals, and establish TNR colonies for feral adults in situations where local community members are able to provide food and shelter. Our goal is to reduce and ultimately eliminate feline overpopulation and the suffering it causes one colony at a time.
Adoption Policy
We look for loving "forever" homes for well socialized animals and shy animals who just need a bit more love to blossom. Prospective adopters who agree with all terms of the contact are matched with suitable companion animals.
