Our Mission
Here Have a Kitten is a small but mighty Los Angeles nonprofit organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption of kittens who have been orphaned, abandoned, surrendered, neglected, or are otherwise in need. See all content at www.instagram.com/herehaveakitten
Adoption Policy
1) Submit an adoption application so that I can get some initial background information about your household.
2) If it seems like a good fit (or if I have follow up questions/need additional information) I will reach out to you so we can schedule an in person meet and greet.
3) At the meet and greet, while you get to know the kitten, we will talk in greater depth about your household and lifestyle and how a new kitten will fit into your home.
4) If you would like to move forward with the adoption, alert HHAK as soon as possible. Kittens will not be placed on hold unless there is a specific agreement in place.
5) HHAK will approve your application if it is determined to be a good fit, at which time arrangements will be made with respect to finalizing the adoption and taking the kitten home with you. This will depend on the age of the kitten and whether or not s/he has been vaccinated and sterilized.
6) Payment. The kitten adoption fee is $150. Each kitten is spayed/neutered, FVRCP vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and flea treated.
