Zoomy. Oh Zoomy! He's a 1.5 yr old beagle mix who is ready to race into his new home!

The great things about Zoomy? He’s really cute and wonderfully kennel trained. He potties outside with the other dogs and loves getting belly rubs! He is learning to walk well on a leash and is so eager to do what pleases his person. He looooves kids and other dogs + cats. Once he knows you, he loves you! But he can get nervous and shut down around some adult strangers. *He will need a dog owner who understands dog behavior, providing structure, and not forcing Zoomy to interact with strangers.* He's got a playful energy but otherwise he is a pretty typical pup. Since he is cautious around strangers, he will need someone who knows basic dog behavior (knowing when to love him up+coddle him vs when to provide structure and make him work through his uncertainty and lack of confidence). He got his name because after his bath he got the zoomies and it just stuck! He would love an active and playful family of his own!
Zoomy is full vaccinated, dewormed, altered, and given monthly preventatives.
