This pretty little lady is Zara She's a 6-month-old Pittie Mix. She's a snuggler and loves to be in your lap. She is a bit shy when meeting new people, but once she knows you, she won't leave your side. She is good with other dogs and has a pretty calm personality overall. Her foster mom says she is simply the best and deserves the best family ever.

Our adoption process is usually quick but may take up to two weeks. When you find an animal you are interested in, we ask that you fill out an application as a first step so we can determine if your family is a good fit for the animal. If you are, then we will contact you to arrange a time for you and your family to meet the animal so you can decide if it is a good fit. If you currently have dogs, we require that the dogs be present at the meeting to make sure it's a good fit all around. Once compatibility is determined, we move on to the paperwork and finalize the adoption.

If the meet is not a good fit, we will keep your application on file for 6 months and we will gladly consider your family for another dog.
