Yuma Bluetick Coonhound Park City, UT

Yuma is a sweet tempered puppy with lots of energy. He wants to be with us and doesn’t like to be alone. He is crate trained. He has a big voice and lets us know when he’s lonely. He is working on his leash skills and some basic things like sitting and staying and is a fast learner, but will need more practice to be his best self. He likes to give kisses. His exuberant personality can get him in trouble for jumping up so he’s also working on that and waiting for people to come to him. He is working on house training and hasn’t had any accidents in the house, but we take him out very regularly. He gets along well with everyone he has met including other dogs. He would do well in a home with other dogs. He travels well in his crate, he naps in it and loves dog beds too. He has a good appetite and works for treats. He’s gained a pound or two while with us so probably around 45 pounds.  

Yuma is currently living with a wonderful foster couple that continue to work on her leash skills and recall, he has been a very quick learner!
