Hi guys, I’m Xena!
I’ve also earned some other nicknames, like princess warrior and tweety bird. Princess warrior because I have overcome so much in my short life and tweety bird because when I get excited, I’m super cute and sound like a bird tweeting. I know – I’m already winning you over!
I’m best described as a bundle of energy with extreme smarts, who loves snuggles. My extreme smarts means that I am really fun and easy to do training with! My foster family keeps telling me what a good girl I am, too. I have really got this whole puppy thing down! Potty training, check! Sleeping through the night, check! crate trained, check! What more can you ask for from a cute pup like me?
My foster family is so much fun to live with. I have two foster siblings that I really do love! I’m learning my manners as a high energy pup, such as matching my friends level of play. I would do well with other pups who can match my energy level and size since I really do love to play. While we’re talking about playing, I also need a nice fenced space for me to safely play. With that, comes a forever family who has a fenced yard and lots of time to play with me. And while play is something I love; I will also need walks and other physical/mental stimulation each day. A family who enjoys and frequents the outdoors is best for me!
Everyone keeps telling me what a lovely social puppy I am! I love animals and people alike. It’s my favourite when my foster parents give me any of my favourite treats and toys. So far, I love kongs, balls, firehose toys, snuffle balls, and a flirt pole. But, I’m such an outgoing pup, I’ll play with just about anything, as long as I’m with you!
I will be vaccinated, spayed, microchipped and treated with parasite prevention. If I have won you over, make sure you fill out an application for me! I promise to be on my best puppy behaviour and love you endlessly!
