Meet Wrigley

WRIGLEY ~ spayed Black Mouth Cur mix, 2 years old, 66 lbs

Wrigley is a sweet and happy girl. She loves to run through the backyard and chase squirrels, play with other dogs, roll in the grass (hopefully she likes snow too), and sunbathe. When indoors, Wrigley wrestle with her canine bestie, crawls across the carpet to scratch her belly and snuggles into her cozy dog bed. She does well in a crate. Wrigley has graduated training classes for basic commands (she could use reminders) and is very motivated by treats. She is a gentle giant – she doesn’t bark, has never been heard to growl, yet she will give you a gentle poke with her nose to request attention. Wrigley likes to rest her head on your lap I hopes of getting pet. She has never been invited on the furniture so doesn’t expect to be up there. She rides great in the car and loves to go on trips. Wrigley is also a great running partner.

Her family would love for her to find a forever family that can give her the love and attention she deserves. They recommend a family with at least one other playful dog, a large yard, and older children although she is amazing with children, her larger size and happy tail can cause the little kids to get bumped over.
