What kind of home would be best for me? Wrenley is a little love bug. She is looking for a forever home with a family for her to love on and be loved on in return. This loving little girl would do well in either an apartment or a house. Wrenley would make a great addition to any home whether her adopter is single, a couple, or a family with kids. Wrenley is a young dog that enjoys playing with her friends here at the rescue. She has never lived without another dog. Wrenley would do fine as an only dog, she could soak up all the loving and attention, or with Wrenley requires a home with another dog for play and socialization. She's never lived as a pet and will benefit from a canine friend to learn from. Wrenley is fine with cats.

What is my personality like? Wrenley joined our rescue as a surrender from her breeder. While she hasn't known life as a beloved companion, she is a sweet and gentle girl with the best demeanor. What Wrenley lacks in specific training, she makes up for with enthusiasm and love. Wrenley will need leash training as well as taught her basic commands such as come, stay, sit, down, etc. Because she's so into pleasing her humans, we expect Wrenley to quickly learn whatever you are teaching her.

Wrenley gets along with all dogs but prefers little dogs like herself. She loves her food but takes treats gently and will patiently wait for you to put her food bowl down at mealtime. Wrenley loves all people and believes they are put on earth for her to give them all her poodle loving. Our favorite thing is watching her play and run with her buddies at the rescue. The freedom of being safe is beautiful and has done wonders for her spirit. If you take Wrenley on walks, be prepared for your social circle to massively expand.

How do I act when I first meet new people? Wrenley can be described as a Velcro dog. She wants to always be with her human(s) at all times.

Other tips and tidbits: Wrenley is estimated at 3 years old. We celebrate her birthday 3/24/2021.

House trained? Dogs can be house trained if they are in the right environment and are allowed to follow a schedule if a physical reason doesn't keep them from being trained. A dog house trained in my home may not be in yours. We will help you teach your new dog this necessary skill and based on your schedule.
