Winslow Homer Papillon & Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Mix Poway, CA

It would be hard to find a little puppy cuter than Winslow Homer! He’s a tiny 5-month-old fluffy pup who weighs about 11 pounds. I would guess that when he’s full grown, he will weigh about 15 or 16 pounds but I’m pretty sure he won’t get any bigger than that at all.

His mama was supposedly part poodle, but Winnie looks more like a Chinese Crested blended with a white King Charles Spaniel. He has a wavy and very soft white coat. I love that my mixed breed dogs are all unique - each and every one has his or her own look, which makes them even more special!

My guess is that little Winslow is hypoallergenic, but I am not sure of that, which is why I recommend a sleepover if you or someone in your family is allergic to dogs.

Baby Winslow gets along with everyone and everything – big dogs, little dogs, big and small people (kids), and kitties.

He’s crate trained and well on his way to being housebroken, affectionate, loving, and quiet.

Of course, Winnie’s adoption covers his neuter, all his baby shots (DA2PPv’s and Bordatella), his rabies shot, and incidentals like flea meds and worm meds, as necessary. He’s wonderfully healthy and robust, and I have all his medical records to pass onto his new family.

I'm a firm believer in a” sleepover” -- you can take a pup home to make sure it is a good match for you, the pup, and the rest of your family. The sleepover can be a week, because it's only fair to give everyone time to get to know one another to adapt. We always take our critters back if things don’t work out.
