Meet Drake, the cuddly and spunky old man who won't tell you to get off his lawn!

Drake is a senior dog at 10 years old. Don't let his size and age fool you. He may be 75 pounds, but he thinks he's a 6 year old who can fit on your lap. He loves to lounge around and take lots of naps. He has such a spunky and fun personality. He loves to play in short spurts. Tug is his favorite game and he'll try to pull you off your feet with all his might. He is older so walks need to be short.

He has no aggression whatsoever and is so appreciative and loves to be included in all aspects of your life. He speaks very clear dog language which always makes for an excellent family member when adopting a dog. He gets along with dogs of all sizes so far and cats. He hasn't been tested around kids, but I bet he would love a cuddly friend his size. He is kennel trained, but he hates going in there. Although his breeds are unknown, he is a digger dog when he gets in the mood. He even has back dewclaws to help him out! He loves to speak and bark. We even caught him howling one night! It isn't enough to be a nuisance though, just enough to say "hello".

Drake is special needs, so he needs a special family. He is older so he does not have puppy energy. His back gets stiff, and he needs a patient hand to love him. He is still learning not to pee in house, so belly bands have been our best friend. He is prone to kidney stones so he has to be on a vet prescribed diet. His skin has seen better days, but his fur is growing back with regular baths. He is heartworm positive, but is being treating for that.

Drake is the sweetest old man we've come across who needs to sweetest family to give him all the love in his senior years. He is currently located in Billings, but is looking for his furever family.
