Vera Maltese Plano, TX

Vera or VV as we call her, is a tiny 5 lb senior that’s slowly coming out of her shell and starting to trust us. She loves riding in the car, making sure her human is close by, napping, mealtime and snacks - she’s also potty trained and sleeps all night.
VV is still cranky at bath time - hates the blow dryer - doesn’t like her face/eyes or feet cleaned - and velcro jackets or shirts are much better than sweaters that have to go over her head and having to put her arms thru!

She does have the sweetest little grumbly growl but in time, hoping she’ll know that all we want to do is love her. With time and patience and love, VV will make the perfect addition to your home.

Typically, an application and home visit (both of which are required for adoption) MUST be completed, BEFORE a potential adopter will be introduced to one of our pets, in order to first determine that our basic adoption requirements are met, prior to introductions being made. We also utilize personal reference and vet checks (to ensure that any pets already in the potential adoptive home are current on vaccines, heart worm prevention and sterilized) in our adoption process, all of which is intended to ensure that the best match, between pet and people, is made. The adoption fee is based on on the dog's age.
