Meet TUKSA
TUKSA from Kinngait (Cape Dorset) Nunavut TUKSA is approximately 4 years old, has had multiple litters and survived life in the Arctic. She has been in care for 2 years now and is ready for her new family. She is looking for a home with an active family who like to walk and play as she is a very energetic husky mix who will also need a fenced yard. TUKSA loves people, loves to cuddle and bonds quickly to her person. She would benefit from being the only dog in the home with owners who are home most of the time with the patience and time to teach her how to just be a member of the family. She would do well with older children, not recommending younger children in the home as she still jumps up and doesn’t realize the impact of her own body. She will need to be crated when alone at home as she can be anxious when left alone. TUKSA is a sweet girl who deserves a family of her own after having raised several litters.
