Bo and Tucker are being fostered together. His current foster has a dog, no cats, and no kids. Great with the resident dog. Tucker is the more laid back of the two boys. He enjoys taking naps and basking in the sun. Tucker is also very independent.
Backstory:
Mama dog was living with a meth head in the woods in MS and this was her second litter. The meth head said some of the puppies died before our MS sister shelter got them. She kept moving them around, and when our sister shelter got them, she had moved them inside a tree trunk. The meth head surrendered her and the pups as well as another mama dog who also had puppies about the same time.
Adoption Fee: $450 (this covers previous expenses of the dog- appropriate vaccinations, altering, microchipping, and transportation fees.)
In an effort to "flatten the curve" of the recent pandemic climate, our Rescue has implemented a new protocol for adoptions. In-person meet & greets are on "paws" in an effort to limit exposure to others. Instead, we are happy to provide a video as a way to "meet" the dog before bringing it home, and ultimately limiting exposure for you and our foster families to just the pick up (which can be done safely outdoors).
