Trooper Husky & German Shepherd Dog Mix Parkville, MO

Meet Trooper! He's a gorgeous Husky/German Shepherd mix with an approximate DOB of December 2022. He is full of energy and has never met a stranger. He always has a smile on his face and loves attention. This boy lived his entire life at the end of a chain before being surrendered. The next door neighbors thought he deserved better and he most definitely does. Despite his past, he's the happiest boy! Unfortunately, he is heartworm positive and is currently undergoing treatment. Trooper deserves a family to love him and let him enjoy the indoors on a comfy dog bed or the couch. He is still working on potty training but it's been going great. His favorite toy is a squaeky ball and he takes it everywhere.
If you want to adopt Trooper, you would be fostering him until the end of his HW treatment, as FOPAS is covering all these costs, and as soon as he's done, you would officially adopt him.
