Health: Spayed / neutered, special needs. Trixie is a submissive urinator when anxious. Trixie has snapped at and bitten ppl when being woken up from her sleep or touching her when she wasn't expecting it. I use a spray water bottle to correct this behavior and she has shown improvement.

Good in a home with: Other dogs, cats, children.

Meet Trixie

Trixie is the definition of a pomchi....sassy, stubborn, independent, & energetic like a pomeranian; while being very loving, faithful, attentive, & calm like a chihuahua. She LOVES her plush toys and playing fetch with a mini tennis ball. She likes to be the center of attention, but will share space with another dog or cat if it's to her liking. She'd prefer an adult only home (or one with a preteen/teenager). She doesn't have issues with children (she loves them), but she is hyper alert so anyone in the house needs to be cognizant of how they approach, love on, or play with her. She doesn't like being surprised/startled and has been know to react negatively. She loves to go on walks and go to the dog park. She is young with lots of nervous energy and appreciates being able to play and run around.

Trixie is a wonderful dog that will love her person with all of her heart. It may take her 3-4 months to warm up to you, but once she does it will have been worth the wait.
