Toutle is a sweet, loving girl who arrived to the shelter as a stray so her history is unknown. She is an absolute CUDDLE BUG and is more interested in crawling in your lap for pets than playing with toys. She would love a home where her people are home more often than not so she can get the love and attention she deserves.
