Meet the cutest dog ever…Toto is an approx 5 year old 7lb little bundle of cuteness, who had to have his left leg amputated after being hit by a car and left for dead. His surgery was this past October and you would never know he was missing a leg if it wasn’t so obvious… Three legs does not slow him down. He is so sweet and loving with everyone he meets. We are looking for a home who will dote and love on him. He’s a non-shedding, sweet boy who loves his walks, runs and cuddling under the blanket with his foster
