Toto Schnauzer & Corgi Mix Palo Alto, CA

This dog will be at a meet and greet event on Saturday, April 6th at the Palo Alto Pet Food Express from 12-3pm, unless he/she is set up and adopted prior to the event. Those interested in meeting the dog can come out to our meet and greet event. We no longer do application approval onsite. Anyone adopting has been previously approved and set up to meet prior to the event.

Toto is a 3 month old Mini Schnauzer x Corgi mix (5.4 pounds) who is looking for Dorothy to take him on a magical adventure! Toto arrived from Oz in a whir of puppy kisses and snuggles and we promised him the Wizard of Oz would find him the perfect forever home! Well, he clicked his heels three times and now here he is! Toto will be around 15-18 pounds when fully grown and will be the kind of dog that will likely require a combination of brushing and grooming to keep his coat looking pawfect.

Toto is a playful and fun-loving puppy who adores his people more than anything else in the world! He loves playing fetch and playing with his squeaky toys. He loves cuddling and following his foster parents around the house for pets and scratches. Toto adores his mountain of soft toys which he sometimes uses as a daybed. He is such a joyful puppy who deserves the absolute best. Toto is also mischievous in such a cute way, sprinting away with the occasional loose sock or shoe he finds around the house. He does eventually zoom back over even after he captures his prize, because he wants some snuggles! This cute boy is just the best.
Toto starts his day around 9 AM with a long stretch before he goes out for a potty break. He comes inside for breakfast and then heads back outside for some sniffing and sunbathing. During the day, he spends his time following his foster parents around, occasionally falling asleep right where he stands as he waits for attention. It's hard work being a puppy! In the afternoon, Toto plays with his toys and naps some more before everyone comes home. He loves soaking up the love from his people before he enjoys his dinner. After dinner, Toto gets his snuggles before he heads to bed!
Toto loves treats and is eager to please his people, so a home looking forward to training won't find better than Toto! Toto gets along well with dogs of all ages and sizes. He gets along with cats. Toto loves people and would love a home full of love, ready to love on him! No need to keep wishing over a rainbow, Toto has arrived!

Toto is only an option for homes who have owned a dog in the last 5 years. Kids in the home should be over the age of 6.
