Torvi was born with a facial defect. She is 100 healthy otherwise. Even though she has the cutest underbite ever, she does not get noticed :( This sweet girl wants to cuddle with you, but only after hiking or running to get her energy out! She has been good with female dogs, but prefers to not live with any boy doggies! Torvi is very good with kids, and is potty trained so if you have children, she would be a great fit. At 60 lbs, she is a big boned beauty! She will need some leash training, and a strong handler :) Please send us your application! aplaceforace.org

Beautiful Torvi is still looking for her forever home! She has been on the search for several months with no luck! We don't understand why as she has brought a smile to everyone's face that she meets. Torvi is a high energy girl that needs a very active home. She will make a good running, hiking or biking partner once trained. She will need continuous exercise to help her get her energy out. Torvi very rarely gets tired but once she is in a structured routine that includes exercise she will settle in nicely. Torvi should be the only pet in the home but she loves to play,
She has not had the best start to life and we are looking to make sure that she has the best forever home imaginable. Torvi was rescued from a Texas shelter where she was looked over time and time again and she quickly found herself on the euthanasia list. Torvi has settled in very well in Massachusetts and loves running and playing in the snow for hours. Torvi has the cutest underbite and crooked face! Yes, this makes her different from other dogs because she doesn't look the same! Torvi is her own kind of breed, happy, loving and takes every day head on!
