Currently residing at his amazing foster family in Shoreline, WA Topaz's personality is as unique as his appearance. Initially reserved, Topaz blossoms into a friendly, affectionate companion once he's had time to warm up.

He's fiercely loyal, playful, and exceptionally sweet, with a brave and curious spirit that adds to his charm. Despite his independence, Topaz enjoys the company of other dogs and delights in playful interactions, although he's still learning the ropes when it comes to toys. While he walks well on a leash, he can be shy in new environments and may display territorial behavior around food. However, with proper guidance and patience, Topaz's protective instincts can be channeled positively.

With a medium energy level, Topaz would thrive in any type of home environment, as long as it's free from dominant or territorial alpha dogs.
