Tootsie Roll, female long haired Chihuahua X, 1+ year old, maybe 10 pounds. Was surrendered to shelter for "chasing cat". Tootsie is a quiet, gentle little girl, she needs confidence building, as former people were not nice to her. She is unsure of everything. Being close to her person, being held and loved on is what she would like all the time. Tootsie will be completely her vetting soon and then will be ready to head to a new home. Located in southern Idaho, transport is available within the northwest.
