Toby is super sweet and has a happy, outgoing personality. He likes people and adores other dogs. We are looking to place him in a home with another playful dog. He is heartworm positive and has been started on the slow-kill regimen. He is about 18 months old and weighs 14 pounds. He's great in the car and walks nicely on a leash.
