Meet Tinley
Hi there, I'm Tinley!
Once upon a time, I might have been hard to recognize. My journey began in a place no dog should ever call home, but that's all behind me now, and I don't hold any grudges. I've made a full recovery, thanks to the endless love and care from some fantastic foster parents. My skin, which was once in pretty rough shape, is now healthy, and I've got a shiny coat that I love to show off. I'm all about the positive vibes and comfy snuggles now.
Here's a little about me now: I'm a tail-wagging, belly rub-loving, playful pup who has discovered the joy of toys and the comfort of cozy blankets. I'm also a bit of a foodie, enjoying my meals with a side of happy dances. I'm spayed and in tip-top health and I'm ready to bring joy and lots of love to my forever home.
I get along famously with humans, the bigger the better because I've been known to jump up and give kisses. I play well with other dogs but also know how to entertain myself with toys. I am a little too interested in cats right now so my future home should keep that in mind. Did I mention my love for fetch? The best game ever! I have also been known to engage in some spirited zoomies - snow, grass, it doesn't matter! I'm an equal-opportunity zoomer.
Flaws? We've all got em. I'm pretty strong on a leash right now and currently enjoying a fenced in back yard but with my love of treats, I could learn leash manners with a patient owner. As I grew up in a pretty tough situation, I can be a little protective of my food, water bowl and toys with other dogs since I haven't always had access to those things before. Once I get to know those other doggos, I slowly come around to sharing.
