Thumper Mixed Breed Lakeland, FL

Meet Thumper.

Approx 1 to 2 years old. She was abandoned and left tied to a street sign near a gas station in North Lakeland. Through a chain of some pretty awesome people, she made her way to the rescue and is on her way to a better life and is searching for her fur-ever home! Things we know so far:

She's roughly 36 pounds. She's pretty tiny compared to my chunky ass dogs.
She's pretty timid with new people at first but opens up quickly once she realizes she's safe.
She LOVES to play with other dogs. She's very submissive but does great in playgroups.
She's fast and loves to chase/be chased. I'm pretty sure her little doggo brain is internally yelling "I'm fast as fuck boi" to keep her going
She LOVES toys.
She likes comfy spots to lay on. Couches, bean bag, rugs. She's a little bougie.
She doesn't have any leash manners yet.
We're working on 'sit' currently and she's getting it quickly. Especially when there's treats involved. She's def going to need some manners training but she's eager to please and we're going to continue working on it while I foster her.
She's not aggressive but will need to be watched around small kids. She just wants to play and needs to learn boundaries.
She loves shoes. Do not leave them unattended.
