From his foster parent:
"He is SO smart! He listens well, but is a total goofball. He's completely kennel trained, but he prefers to have a soft bed in the kennel with him. He LOVES to cuddle. He sleeps with me most of the time and he's a great sleeper, he even sleeps in if you're quiet in the morning. He is 80% potty trained. He has separation anxiety, so he does best in the kennel with a bed when you leave the house because his anxiousness makes him go to the bathroom when he's alone. He is very gentle with children, but he does jump. (We are still working on this, it's those long legs.) he does great with other animals, cats and dogs, but his energy level can be a bit much for animals who aren't as fond of play time. He doesn't bark very much at home, but he always barks at strangers. You have to put anything and everything up and out of Thackery's reach because he LOVES to chew on things. ANYTHING. Having lots of toys is very helpful. He is very smart, so when redirected to chew on a toy instead of something else, he is happy to do that. He does not like the car. He gets very quiet and timid in the car. If you need any more info let me know. He's an amazing boy!"

We are a foster-based rescue and generally do not have pups available to meet at our office except during adoption events on Saturdays.
