Terry Labrador Retriever Mix Gig Harbor, WA

Terry is about a year old and weighs 35 pounds. He is very sweet but needs lots of toys, chew sticks and activities. He likes long walks, running laps in his fenced yard and chasing the ball.
Terry rides well in the car, is friendly with people and other dogs. He is loving and fun but not a couch potato. Terry is very smart and he loves to learn new things. He does know sit and wait already.
Terry would do best in an active all adult household or in a family with respectful children 10 years and older

If you have previously submitted an application form, there is no need to re-apply. Just let us know you're interested in this dog. We do our best to match families and dogs so everyone is pleased and the placement is permanent. We reserve the right to refuse an applicant if the home situation is incompatible with the needs of the rescue dog. Rescue is about doing our best for the dog. We do home and reference checks. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and are up to date with current vaccinations, before being placed in their forever homes.

FOSTER HOMES NEEDED! We are always looking for good foster homes. Our rescue is foster based and we can always save more dogs if we have foster homes for them to go into. It is not a long term commitment. We have been able to find good forever homes in a short time. We also welcome volunteers who can help transport dogs and help with our outreach and fund raising efforts. Please contact us if you can help.
