Sydney #12 Yellow Labrador Retriever Killingworth, CT

This cute girl is Sydney #12, a seven-year-old labbie girl that currently weighs 62 pounds. Sydney was found wandering the streets with her brother Sawyer- it would be great if we could find a home for them together, but they would also be fine separated. Sydney has some issues with her eyes that is being controlled by a medication that she will need to be on for the rest of her life. She does have some age-related sight and hearing loss, so would be better in a quiet home without children that would startle her. Sydney is crate trained, house trained and has done very well on the leash- she loves her walks outside in the play yard. She also sits on command. Sydney has been in boarding at the vet while her medical issues were addressed, but she is becoming stressed and is longing to be back in a real home. If you are looking for a more mature girl with the most adorable ears, Sydney is your girl!

ADOPTION FEES: $395 non-refundable adoption fee for all vet expenses (spay/neuter, shots, etc.) and transportation to ensure your lab gets to you in a safe, professional manner. All fees may be paid using PayPal, cashier's checks, or money orders. Labs4rescue does not accept personal checks for adoption fees. All adopters must pay their Labs4rescue adoption fee prior to the rescue shipping their dog.

Residents of Massachusetts or New Hampshire are required to pay an additional $125 fee, which defrays the cost of their state's mandatory 48 hour isolation and examination by a licensed veterinarian.
