Sunflower (Red Pom) is a 12 y/o female Pomeranian. She was picked up as a stray but when the police located her owner, they were told the woman had dementia and her adult children refused to take this sweet senior back. Abandoning a wonderful dog like this after a decade of unconditional love. Tsk. Tsk. 1 Love 4 Animals' volunteers conduct home visits prior to the adoption so applicants must live within 90 miles of Valley Forge, PA. A fence is required for all rescued puppy mill dogs - they tend to be shy and are often a flight risk.
