Sugar Snap Pea Pit Bull Terrier Mix Seattle, WA

Meet Sugar Snap Pea! She has been in foster care for a few weeks and her foster parents have this to say about her: "Sugar Snap Pea is such a sweetie! She is doing great with our two dogs and our cat, but she is most interested in being with her humans. She loves a couch cuddle, curling up right next to you and melting your heart when she leans in hard and puts her head on your lap. This little goof ball loves pouncing on a tennis ball and a good-hearted game of keep away or chase with her furry friends. She is a great walker, responsive on a leash and interested in people walking by. She is highly trainable with some treat motivation - already learning sit patiently waiting for the other dogs to finish eating before inspecting for leftovers.



This mama sleeps through the night, staying on her own bed and while she would love to hop up into bed with people, respects our rules and curls back onto her own bed when asked. She is also very trusting and gentle - letting us handle her how every we need to - especially when it involves belly rubs. Our favorite is when she talks to you!" Inquire today to meet SSP!

To meet this dog, please come to Seattle Animal Shelter at 2061 15th Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119, between 1 - 5 pm Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. No appointment needed! We are closed for adoptions on Monday, Friday, and all holidays. You can fill out a survey in advance and bring it with you: https://bit.ly/SASdogsurvey.

1. Copy and paste the adoption survey link into a new tab on your browser: https://bit.ly/SASdogsurvey

2. Download and complete the dog survey.

3. Save the survey to your device with a new file name that includes your last name. Make sure it's filled in when opened again.

4. Put the name of the dog(s) in the Subject Line of a new email. Attach your survey, add any additional information you would like us to know, and send to adoptionreview@gmail.com.
