Meet Stevie <5,000
He was a rescue as a pup. They are heartbroken to have to let him go. Loves cuddles and fetching balls.
Stevie is house trained, but may need his training refreshed because he has been waiting for a home at the shelter for a long time.
Stevie is very active.
Stevie loves toys, walks, cuddles.
Stevie gets along with some dogs.
Stevie loves people and would not do well alone.
Stevie does not do well in a crate. I think he would be fine sleeping next to a bed without a crate.
Stevie has suddenly become close to blind in the daytime. He can see much better in the evening. He is at our shelter at 9,200 feet. He has pannus and the eye drops over the past month have given him some vision. He needs a home at less than 5000 ft. to help his pannus. He is nonetheless a very happy dog. Any home less than 9,000 feet would help him.
