Stevie Mixed Breed Rochester , NY

Hi Everyone, Stevie here!! ? Do you remember me?

I came to Rochester last spring to have my babies. Now, I have been with my foster family for about 9 months learning all about the good life! I'm about 2 years old and about 50 lbs. I am looking for my perfect forever home and I do have some very specific needs I'd like to let you know about.

When I came to Rochester it seemed like I may not have had the easiest life. I have a ripped ear and I am reactive to people and situations outside my foster home. I need to take things slow to feel secure. If you want to meet me and possibly be my forever family, I would ask if we could meet a few times so we get to know each other slowly. I am very cautious and have also been muzzle trained for meetings with new people. The muzzle helps me with confidence as I hold my head a bit higher when it is on, almost like a shield. This is also for protection while we get to know each other.

Now for the great stuff! ? I am so loyal that once we bond, I will give you so much love. ? I am crate trained and even ask to go to bed at night. I do better with afternoon and bed crate time as I love my routine. I aim to please and love to snuggle up and give kisses. When I am unsure about situations, I look for guidance from my foster family. I am very good with my foster families resident dogs, but for now, I think I would do best as your only pet.

My perfect family lives in a very low traffic home with no children. My perfect family will be ready to continue my training so I can live my best life possible with you! I promise, if you give me a chance, we're going to be best friends! We just need to have a few meetings, lots of patience and lots of love! ? Ohhh and I have a great nickname too. I am called Stevie Wonderful. ?
