Hi, my name is Walter. I am almost 10 years old and weigh 67 pounds. I was found as a stray and lived at Paws4You for a year before finding my foster home. My fosters aren't sure if I ever lived in a house before as everything seemed new when they brought me home. I even jumped at a lion on the TV thinking he was real! I've since learned to love the comforts a home and no longer get spooked by things like the TV. I'm 100% house trained, no accidents from me. I also learned to sit and wait for my food until you give me the ok. I love going on walks, going for car rides and getting pets from my humans. I like my crate and I use it when my humans go out and to sleep at night but I can be left out of the crate as well and don't cause any trouble. I use my crate when visitors come over as well so I feel safe. I think it's best I go to a home with no other dogs or young kids as this lifestyle is new to me and I may take some time to trust. You can win me over with slow introductions, walks and treats! I love treats. I haven't had any interest since I've been here but I'm hopeful my future family will see this and ask about me!
