Ready to change a life? I'm Sprite and being in a loving forever home will change mine. I'm a 13-pound, female Bichon Frise, full of hope for the future. I've spent all of my approximately 5 years in a puppy mill, where I lived in a cage, having litter after litter. Now, I'm slowly progressing towards understanding affection and what a loving human can be.

Of course, house training was foreign to me, but I've almost got it accomplished. I never knew anything outside a cage, so I'm comfortable in my crate. The leash is still a scary demon. My personality will only be revealed over time as I transition from the puppy mill to a loving home. It's important to know that I will need a family who is patient and unconditionally loving as I learn lots of new things at my own pace. A quiet home without a lot of scary stairs would be preferred. I do get along with dogs and cats and I'd love to have a canine sibling in my forever home.

Despite my past, all I need is a safe, loving home with a securely fenced yard where I can finally come out of my shell and be free. If you're patient, kind and looking for someone to love we should meet. I'm also looking for someone to love.

My adoption fee is $150 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip!
