SPARKY American Eskimo Dog & Samoyed Mix Hamilton, NJ

Sparky is an approximately 5-6 year old American Eskimo mix that was surrendered recently. Sparky lived with his owner and when they became homeless, they moved Sparky and his housemate (a cat that was rescued by another group) to the woods with them. Sparky lived outdoors with his owners for sometime until they were required to leave the space they were inhabiting, and therefore rehome Sparky and the cat. Sparky is settling into his new situation and trying to leave the past behind him. He prefers to be pet under his chin and not on top of his head. Sparky loves car rides and is great with cats. He was also good with a small dog that he met before coming into rescue. Sparky was recently neutered, is up to date with vaccines, microchipped and heartworm negative. He looks bigger than he is with all his fluffy fur, but he weighs only about 33 lbs. Sparky would thrive in a calm home where he could be the center of your attention or with a feline friend!


Applicants must live within 60 min of Hamilton, NJ to be considered. A vet check will be conducted for each application and a solid vet history for current and past pets will be verified.
