Twister Hound & Boxer Mix Falls Church, VA

Hi, I'm Twister and I'm a precious little pup, My foster mom named me Twister because I have lots of cool spots on my coat and they look like the game Twister! I'm an adorable hound/boxer/pit mix puppy. My 4 sisters and 4 brothers and I were born on 11/21/20. So we are about 8+ weeks old now. Two of my sisters have already gone to their forever homes and 4 of my brothers and sisters are going home this week.

Our mom is a hound mix and dad is a boxer/ pit mix. We weigh about 7-8lbs right now and will probably be 40 - 60 lbs when full grown.

We are not yet potty trained. In fact, we don't even go outside yet because we are just young pups and our foster mom is keeping us safe inside.

We have gotten our first set of vaccines and have been dewormed twice. We'll need 2 more sets of vaccines and then a rabies shot when we turn 4 months old and to be spayed or neutered when we turn 6 months old. Our new families will have to get this done.

My foster mom just wanted to mention that puppies are REALLY cute but we are also a lot of work. Potty training a puppy while living in an apartment will be really hard. When we have to go potty, we have to go right away. As babies we really can't hold it while my mom or dad runs down the hall and waits for the elevator and then takes the elevator and then runs outside. I'll probably will have had an accident by then.

Also, since we are hound mixes, we can be vocal. So apartment living will probably not be best for us.

We are in Fairfax and are going to be adopted to the DC metro or Richmond metro areas.

Our adoption fee is $325.
