Soda Black Labrador Retriever Mix Gallatin, TN

Soda is a weird guy. He is literally the most athletic dog we have ever had in rescue. He can jump 6 feet off the ground from a sitting position if you put a toy or a stick up in the air. He will chase the water coming out of the hose to infinity. He loves and adores his Kong toys and carries them everywhere. He is a big and tall guy and weighs in around 100lbs. If someone is looking to do some type of athletic training sport with a dog, this is your guy. His deep love of chasing and playing is a little obsessive at times so we control him a bit in this regard. Soda was an owner surrendered and was very unhappy here for the first few weeks, and would not even look at us and absolutely did not want us to touch him, but the minute we picked up the ball, he was over it. There will more than likely be a similar adjustment period for him in his new home. He is too high energy and athletic for kids, and will need a fenced yard to be happy...anyone up for the challenge? He is neutered, heart-worm negative and up to date on all his vaccinations. He is housebroken and crate trained and doing better on inside manners.
