Hello! This is Simba! Simba is a 3 year old black lab. Simba is a wonderful dog. He loves kids and does great with other dogs and cats. Simba is so smart! He is very gentle and well behaved. He walks great on a leash and keeps his kennel very clean. He would make a great addition to any family!!


His adoption fee is $200.00 which includes his spay/neuter surgery, initial vaccines, microchip, and deworming. Please come check me out!

Thank you for your interest in adopting one of our Adorable Adoptables from the Auglaize County Humane Society. We have a process for adopting, 1. fill out the application, 2. give us 3-5 days to go over information. 3. Once completed, if/when you are approved, we will call and set up an appointment time with you.

We are a BEST MATCH facility. We try to match the pet’s personality and needs with the family’s needs and lifestyle to increase the likelihood of a lifetime happy relationship for the whole family. The online application we provide on our website, achs-pets.com, is a preliminary application. We will check the veterinary information of the applicant’s other current animals as well as any past animals they have had in the last 7 years. We also get the landlord permission to have pets if the applicant is a renter. Once we have done this, we will call if everything seems sufficient.
