Hi, our names are Willow and Scout! We are PURPLE pawprints, which means we will fit well into a home that meets some specific criteria. Here is what would work best for us in our new home:

-Personality: Sweet, mellow, silly
-Can Live with Kids: No thanks, Scout has a bite history so we are requiring an adult-only home.
-Can Live with Cats: No, Scout and Willow have a history of aggression with small animals.
-Can Live with Dogs: Scout and Willow are bonded to each other and would prefer to be the only dogs in the home.
-Can do Apartment Living: No, Scout and Willow need a larger space to live in (preferably with a yard)!
-Potty Trained: Yes
-Bite History: Yes -- Scout bit and broke skin when someone reached their hand down to him and startled him. Please ask staff for more details.
-Positive Reward Based Obedience Classes Required: Not required at this time
-Energy Level: Low
-Needs Medical Procedure Before Going Home: Just a microchip for Willow.

Meet these sweet and quirky seniors Scout and Willow. Scout and Willow have lived together all 11 years of their life and are extremely bonded to each other. They were surrendered after their owner could no longer care for them and had to move. These seniors are great because they still have peps in their steps, but enjoy lounging around just as much! A low-traffic home with no small kids or small animals would be best for them! Both Willow and Scout are excited to find a comfy retirement home to live out their golden years. Seniors can be sensitive, so we recommend giving them as much time and space as they desire to settle into their new lives. Scout does have a bite history from someone reaching their hand down to his face and startling him, so an adult only, dog-savvy home is encouraged.
