Meet SCOTT

Scott is adorable! He is obsessed with love and very affectionate. He's great with children! He is good with other dogs, but wants to hog all the love. We have dubbed him "The Belly Rub Bandit"!

His foster says, "He is fine around our cat, but will chase every once in a while. I don't see him as being a dog that will become good friends with a cat, but he is a dog that can be easily trained by a confident cat willing to show him healthy boundaries."

Scott's only quirk is that he can be "leash reactive" translating into barking at all dogs. He's friendly with any dogs, he's on a walk with. Off leash, dog friendly.

Scott weighs 12 pounds.
