We all know that Scarlet is the color of love, so why not let this sweetie love you? Scarlet is a lucky dog that was rescued from euthanasia with mere hours to spare. This poor girl wound up at our local shelter with no collar or microchip, and nobody stepped up to claim her. Sadly, many dogs face this reality when they are displaced from their homes, and they aren’t always given the second chance they deserve. For Scarlet, though, fate had other plans and she has entered the SNIPSA program with the hope of finding a forever family. We just can’t say enough great things about this pretty pup. For starters, she’s completely potty trained and as quiet as a mouse in her crate. While timid at first, she is quickly learning to love her walks and finds all the best smells in the neighborhood. Scarlet is great with cats and other dogs, and her meek and mild nature leads us to believe she’d do well with children, too. She is a huge cuddle bug with a manageable energy level.
