Meet Sapphire - Gemstone Litter
Check out this little gem: Sapphire! With the little white toes! She is a 9 week old puppy weighing in at over 20lbs. It is safe to say she is going to be a large, fluffy dog. The Gemstone Litter is from Nanwalek, their breed mix is unknown. Momma Missy weighs 88lbs post-babies, so we can only guess this litter will be one of our biggest! Sapphire is looking for a family!
Before considering adding Sapphire to your family, please note that KPAL Rescue has a mandatory adoption process in place which includes a background check and a home visit. More information on our adoption process can be found in our pinned post, please read that (and this adoption post) in their entirety - our process cannot be waived. We do not ship our animals and we do not allow for third-party transportation.
Sapphire is sweet! Great with kids and other dogs. She has met cats and chickens and was curious. She is working on kenneling and potty-training. As a pup, her new family should expect LOTS of training and patience while she learns potty-training, socialization, kennel-training, manners, and other life skills.

Puppies of the Gemstone Litter will be foster-to-adopt until they are spayed/neutered (once complete, the Adoption Contract will be finalized). KPAL Rescue puppies are vetted (age-appropriately vaccinated, microchipped, etc.) and are required to be spayed/neutered at around 14 weeks of age (a Foster-to-Adopt Contract will need to be signed at the event and the surgery date will be scheduled at that time). There will be an adoption fee of $350 + tax so that we can continue to help other animals in need. As always, donations are also very appreciated. Please share.
