Meet Sadie!! This sweet affectionate girl is such a cuddle bug. Sadie is approximately 2-3 years old and weighs 23 pounds. For having a rough start being found as a stray that no one claimed, Sadie is a happy girl. She just wants you to pet her and cuddle next to you on the couch. She is crate trained and potty trained. She's learning to ring bells on the door to tell you when she needs to go outside. Sadie walks well on a leash with a harness. She is learning basic commands. Sadie does well with dogs her size or smaller. Has not been cat tested. Larger dogs seem to make her nervous. She loves hard chew toys, seeing what is inside stuffed dog toys, blankets (and burrowing in them), and treats. Sadie enjoys going for walks and loves going for car rides. This girl would make a great addition to any family.

Our adoption process is usually quick but may take up to two weeks. When you find an animal you are interested in, we ask that you fill out an application as a first step so we can determine if your family is a good fit for the animal. If you are, then we will contact you to arrange a time for you and your family to meet the animal so you can decide if it is a good fit. If you currently have dogs, we require them to be present at the meeting to ensure it's a good fit all around. Once compatibility is determined, we move on to the paperwork and finalize the adoption.

If the meet is not a good fit, we will keep your application on file for 6 months and will gladly consider your family for another dog.
