Introducing our sweet beautiful Sadie!
Sadie is a lovely 18 month old mystery medley who presently weighs around 50 pounds. Her heritage and her origin are both but a mystery as she was apparently abandoned at a home where in the end an owner could not be located and they were unable to keep her. Our best guess at her breed mix would be the Collie or Cattle Dog breeds but she could be a veritable melting pot of many breeds.
Regardless of her heritage she adores her people and is friendly with all she meets. She currently is fostered with other dogs and loves her play time with similiar and compatible mates. She is too rambunctious for the senior pet set and without careful introductions is sometimes selective about who she choses for a new dog buddy. Sadie is generally a gentle gal with children so should be fine in a family setting with respectful children. She loves her toys and chewies and is great at amusing herself. She loves her walks and is doing very well with her leash skills given her young age. She is house and crate trained.
Sadie is seeking an active, patient home committed to her physical and cognitive needs along with her exercise and training needs to be the best companion she can be. Secure fencing is required as all large breed dogs and puppies are happiest when they have the freedom to run, sniff and explore their environment in a safe and secure area.
Sadie is an exceptionally bright, social and very lovable gal with immense potential as a devoted companion and family member. This is only achievable with a tremendous amount of effort, patience and commitment with a generous sense of humour. Sadie's adoption fee is $700 and she is fully vetted - She has been spayed, received all age appropriate vaccinations, and dewormed.
