Hello humans! I am Sadie, a beautiful 3-year-old brindle Pit Bull Mix. I made my way to MaxFund with my friend who has already been adopted. I needed more time and attention at the shelter due to my leg injury. My pawesome vet staff took great care of me and have said I am ready for my forever home!

I am a very sweet, loyal, loving, and well-behaved young lady. I am really good at sitting down, and am always looking to my humans for guidance and approval. My buddies here say pretty quick and learn things fast. I would love to continue working on my training so I can be more confident in myself.

I am very strong and excitable, but loving, friendly, and gentle. I love people, and am ok with other dogs. We have been working on slow introductions and socializing me with other dogs. It's been a slower process, but I'm doing quite well, if I do say so myself!

How our adoption process works:
1. You MUST come into the shelter to meet a dog you are interested in (and meet a few others, while you’re at it!)
We do not require appointments – come anytime during normal business hours.
Our hours are 10-5 Mon, Wed, Thu Fri / 11-5 Saturday / 12-5 Sunday
We suggest you call ahead to be sure the dog(s) do not have pending applications
2. You will fill out your adoption application, including references, after finding a dog you’d like to adopt
3. The application review and reference checks will take up to 3-5 business days; you will not be able to bring a dog home same-day
We only take 2 applications per dog, before they are unavailable. This is why we suggest you call ahead to check the status of the pup!

We do not adopt out-of-state.
