Weighing in at 9 pounds is Rupert, an 8 year old male Chiweenie. A real LOVE BUG with his people, Rupert tends to bark at strangers coming into the house and alerts when someone is in the driveway. And, while he is generally a quiet guy who loves to sleep under the covers, his "singing" will definitely get you evicted from an apartment/condo type scenario! Rupert lives with many dogs in his foster home, but takes time to warm up to strangers. He sticks to his foster like glue, but is ready to have his own person to love and follow around the house. All dogs are fostered throughout the Puget Sound area and are brought to the events where they can be met by prospective adopters.
