Rudy was rescued from a hoarding situation in North Carolina, where he and many other dogs were left outside with no attention or care. Since coming to us Rudy has blossomed into a fun and loving pup!
He is very shy around new people and does best with slow introductions.
Rudy loves his people and would thrive in a calmer home with not too much foot traffic. He's perfectly happy being a home body! Rudy enjoys going for walks, playing in the play yard, and Kong toys!
