Welcome Ruby to Lucky Dog Rescue!!! Ruby is a 1.5yr old Pit Bull Terrier/German Shepherd/Rottweiler mix weighing about 50lbs. She came into rescue as an owner surrender from the City of Fond du lac Animal Control. Her owner moved to an apartment where large breed dogs were not allowed. Ruby is a very sweet and friendly girl. She loves to play and ruff house with other dogs her size or larger. Toys are balls are her absolute favorite! Ruby would benefit from a big yard to run and play in as she has a moderate energy level. She would be a perfect walking or hiking companion for anyone that loves the outdoors. Ruby loves kids and grew up in a home with young kids and with a smaller dog. The perfect home for her would be with or without larger dogs that love to play with, space to run and an active to semi active family life. Ruby is housetrained and kennel trained. She does great in the car and responds to basic commands. Her adoption fee includes all vaccinations such as rabies, dhlpp, and bordetella, 4dx test which tests for heartworm and 4 tick borne illnesses, microchip with lifetime registration to the rescue, flea/tick prevention, spay, full health exam, health certificate, collar, harness, leash, premium dog food, and 6 months of heartworm prevention.
