Meet Ruby!

This beautiful black and white scruffy terrier was rescued by Forever Yours Dog Rescue after being abandoned in the country with 3 other pups. At just around a year old, Ruby has endured too much heartbreak in her short life. Ruby has spent time in a foster home beginning to learn what true love is and is now ready to find her forever home. Ruby loves running and playing with her siblings, playing with small toys, and being outside. Ruby is very treat motivated and loves human praise.

Ruby is incredibly loving and sweet. She has mastered crate training, but is not yet completely house trained. Her perfect home will be patient and willing to continue to work on house-training and building confidence.

Ruby gains confidence from other dogs and would love a forever home with another small dog or dogs. She will not be adopted to a home without another accepting and playful pup.

Due to her past mistreatment, Ruby is timid and fearful of new people and new things. She is searching for a patient and compassionate home that will provide the time and understanding she needs to decompress and blossom into her true self. With your patience, you will be rewarded with lots of snuggles and kisses, as she continues to learn to trust and embrace the love she deserves.

All dogs are spayed/neutered, current on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped, dewormed, and current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. The adoption fee is $200.
