Adoption fee is $50 during our Bissell Empty the Shelters event 5/1 - 5/15!! Application must be submitted to secure an appointment!

Hi I'm Roxie! I'm a little Pekingese estimated at around 8 years old. I was surrendered by my owner to Guardians of Florida Animal Rescue as she was not able to care for me the way I deserve to be cared for. I'm hoping that I will have a second chance at happiness for my remaining years! I seem to be very dog selective at this point, so my rescue believes it is best for me to go to a home where I can be the queen with no other pets. I would also do best with older children or in an adult-only home. I am housetrained, so that's a good thing! I will give my people lots of love once I settle in and get comfortable.

My $450 adoption fee has been reduced to $50 for the Bissell Empty the Shelters event and includes vet check, up to date vaccines, deworming, Heartworm test, spay and microchip.
